The Chicago Faucets Co. acquires Low Pressure Die Casting Machine type 1011
For manufacturing of sanitary faucets made of lead-free brass, The Chicago Faucets Company have ordered end of February for their plant in Milwaukee an automatic low-pressure die casting machine type 1011 from INDUGA.
Starting January 2014 components for drinking water carrying with a lead content of more than 0.25% are not more allowed by law in the U.S. market. Accordingly Chicago Faucets decided to accommodate its production capacities for the production of lead-free brass alloy. The new INDUGA low-pressure die casting machine is scheduled to go into production in early November 2013.
